Adult ADHD & Executive Functioning Skills

This is a workshop for adults who are diagnosed or self-identify as having ADHD. In this workshop, attendants will learn more about ADHD and its impact on adults and receive practical strategies to address the executive functioning challenges that come with ADHD. These strategies will include time management, task initiation, emotion regulation, organization, focus, and working memory. This workshop will also address rejection sensitivity, which is something a lot of people with ADHD experience. Come join a group of people who can relate to your struggle.
